Audiologists
Professional Hearing Consultants is affiliated with an experienced group of physicians who are experts in the medical and surgical treatment of hearing disorders. Each physician is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. Our clinical audiologists are health care specialists who identify, assess, and manage disorders of the auditory, balance, and other neural systems. Our audiologists are certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Eileen Bridges, M.A., CCC-A
Eileen Bridges received her bachelor's Audiology and Speech Sciences from Michigan State University. She received her master's degree in Audiology from Michigan State University. Her Clinical Fellowship year was completed at Associates in Otolaryngology in Southfield and Farmington Hills, Michigan. She worked as a clinical supervisor at Michigan State University and served as an adjunct faculty member for several years. Her interests include diagnostic testing, hearing aid fitting and tinnitus treatment. With over 20 years of clinical experience, Ms. Bridges has worked with patients of all ages. In addition to her clinical work, she is actively involved in training the next generation of audiologists by serving as a clinical supervisor for audiology graduate students.
Victoria Feeback Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Feeback graduated from Central Michigan University in 2017 with her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Audiology from Western Michigan University in 2022. Prior to receiving her doctorate degree, she completed a year-long clinical externship at Mid-Michigan Ear, Nose, and Throat. Dr. Feeback joined MMENT as a full-time audiologist in 2022 following graduation. She is an accredited audiologist through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Feeback’s clinical interests include electrophysiology, vestibular testing, and hearing aid technology.
Benjamin Jarvi, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Jarvi was born and raised in Charlotte, Michigan. He graduated from Michigan State University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. In 2014, he obtained his Doctor of Audiology degree from Central Michigan University. He was a clinical Extern at Mid-Michigan Ear, Nose, and Throat prior to being hired on as a member of their audiology team in 2014. Dr. Jarvi’s clinical interests include hearing aid technology, vestibular assessment, electrophysiology testing, and tinnitus management.
Mary Steel, Au.D.
Dr. Steel received her Bachelor of Health Science degree with a specialization in statistics from Western University, London Ontario, Canada. She continued at Western where she received her Master of Clinical Science degree in Audiology in 2012 and then obtained her Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University in June 2023. Before joining MMENT, Dr. Steel worked for non-profit organizations, at ENT clinics, and within long-term care facilities. Her clinical interests include tinnitus management through amplification and informational counselling, and aural rehabilitation that addresses the stigma related to hearing loss.
Rebecca Stewart, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Stewart graduated from Butler University in 2014 with her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science and Disorders. She received her Doctorate in Audiology from Indiana University in 2017. Dr. Stewart joined Mid-Michigan Ear, Nose & Throat as a full-time audiologist in 2020. She has clinical expertise in tinnitus management, adult and pediatric diagnostic testing, and hearing aid technology.
Kristen Umphlett, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. Umphlett graduated with honors from Michigan State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts. She then received her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from the University of Illinois in 2012. At Central Michigan University’s Carls Center, she completed her clinical externship and then was a clinical supervisor. After taking time off to start a family, Dr. Umphlett began working part-time at Mid-Michigan ENT in June 2013. Her clinical interests include tinnitus management through the use of hearing aids and diagnostic testing with children and adults.
Sarah Legois, Au.D.
Dr. Legois graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2019 with her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. In 2024, she earned her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Prior to receiving her doctorate degree, she completed a year-long clinical externship at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). Dr. Legois's clinical interests include hearing aid technology and adult diagnostics.
